B. How We Share the Information We Collect Standardly and Through Services

We share your information with third-party vendors who help us provide and improve our Services and marketing. We share information with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors and Service Providers

We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers contracted in connection with the provision of our Services. We have agreements in place with vendors and service providers to address how they may use your information.

*As of the date of this privacy policy, we use services such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for analysis, website optimization (to see which parts of our website users like the most), and to help us improve our advertising and marketing efforts. You can view Google’s privacy policy [here](https://policies.google.com/privacy).*

Security
We work hard to protect your information.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information using physical and electronic security measures designed to enhance the security of the information we maintain. However, as our Services are hosted electronically, we cannot offer guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.

As part of our security program, we use providers with recognized world-class security, such as Stripe and Google. Stripe’s security practices are available [here](https://stripe.com/docs/security). Google’s security is described [here](https://safety.google/). We also limit the type and amount of personal information we collect in the first place. All our communications and websites are encrypted (using transport layer security or TLS, a leading encryption protocol).

C. Information We Collect Automatically.
When you access or use the ForTodos Service, we automatically collect information about you, including:
– We log information about your use of the ForTodos Service, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our ForTodos Service.

We may also use your IP address to infer an approximate geographic location of your computer or device.
– We use various technologies to collect some of the information mentioned above, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve the ForTodos Service and your experience, see which areas and features of the ForTodos Service are popular, and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “gifs,” “pixel tags,” and “tracking pixels”). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in the ForTodos Service or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage, the effectiveness of campaigns, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.

D. Information from Third Parties
ForTodos may, from time to time, obtain the information mentioned above from other sources and combine it with the information we collect through the ForTodos Service to enhance our ability to serve you, prevent fraudulent transactions, tailor our content to you, provide relevant advertising to you, offer you opportunities to purchase products or services we believe may interest you, and for any other purpose described in this Privacy Policy. For example, if you create or log into your account through a social networking site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information, and friends lists, according to the authorization procedures determined by such social networking site. We may also receive transaction information from Stripe Inc. when you buy or sell items using the ForTodos payment solution, including the date and time of the sale and the sale amount.

E. Payment Information Collected by Stripe
ForTodos is integrated with the services of Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) to allow sellers to accept credit cards and other electronic payment methods for the products they list for sale on the ForTodos Service. Stripe provides these services directly to sellers per its own terms and privacy policy. By signing up to receive electronic funds, Stripe, not ForTodos, collects the information provided by sellers through the ForTodos Service, including debit card numbers, Social Security numbers, government IDs, and bank account information. For more information on third-party payment processing services integrated with the ForTodos Service, see our FAQs.

By accessing or using the ForTodos Service or otherwise providing us with information, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries where you may not have the same rights and protections as under local law.

III. Why and When We May Share Your Information

Stripe may use this information for the purposes described in its privacy policy, including fraud prevention.

– With advertisers who help us deliver relevant advertising on the ForTodos Service and across the Internet.

– In response to a request for information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or as required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
– If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of ForTodos or others.

– We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

B. When You Choose to Share Outside of ForTodos.
The ForTodos Service offers social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which allow you to share actions you take on the ForTodos Service with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features allows you to share information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you select on those platforms. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide those features.

C. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
We may allow partners such as Microsoft and Google to post ads on the ForTodos Service on our behalf across the Internet and provide us with analytics services. These entities may use cookies, advertising tags, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the ForTodos Service and other websites and online services, including your IP address, device identifier, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information.

ForTodos and others may use the information collected by these service providers to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on the ForTodos Service and other websites and online services, and better understand your online activity.

Your mobile device’s operating system may also include a feature that allows you to opt out of certain information collection through applications used for behavioral advertising purposes.

D. Security
ForTodos takes reasonable measures to help protect your information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

ForTodos protects your privacy by limiting the amount of personally identifiable data we share with third parties. In most cases, we share aggregated or anonymous data. When we need to share identifiable data with third parties, we take steps to ensure they provide the same level of data protection that ForTodos provides under this Privacy Policy.

We will also retain certain information, such as reviews, forum posts, and similar materials posted by you, which may continue to be publicly available (but not associated with your personal information) on the ForTodos Service after your ForTodos account is canceled.

B. Location Information.
